Nizhal’s education team works at sensitizing people on the role of trees. Nizhal is currently engaged in the following educational programs.
Kids Central, Kotturpuram
Nizhal is conducting a 13 week program on nature awareness and conservation. The program introduces the children to the flora and fauna around them through slideshows, creative movement, nature walks, planting sessions and other activities. |

Name board making in Schools in Gandhi Nagar
Students of BVM and St. Patricks’ have been involved in art work that would lead to making name boards for trees in their school campuses. |
Learning songs on Nature
Children of St Louis will have a walk and sing along session where they will learn to identify a few trees by touch and also some songs on nature. |
